Weight loss: A habit well maintained

The greatest peril of overeating is ‘Weight gain’, and then the clinical advice lands from the doctor, “Lose weight, dear!” Indeed, it is a good practice and boon for those who keep on the chain of weight loss, and in the meantime, be conscious to remain in a consistent habit of it.

Weight loss is a positive aspect of keeping a body healthy and sound. The individual can keep the attack of several diseases at an arm’s length. He is both physically as well as morally fit. He is in a healthy condition to face all the hazardous ups and downs of life. The metabolism of his body is in total harmony. Obesity, a prime hazard to a healthy body, not only restricts mental growth, makes him an odd one out among the rest. Exercise is a precarious necessity, good food with balanced with caloric value and enough intakes of fluids and fruits and can keep the weight balanced and consequently maintain a balance in the weight of the individual. Weight balanced means having sufficient sleep and rest, as unnecessary sleep can also result in weight gain. Haggling over junk food, chocolates and ice-creams is a common flare in the teens. These are to be curbed and restricted, once or twice a week is tolerable, and otherwise the unnecessary tag of a weight loss is to be labeled on them.

In the light of the above discussion, weight loss should be dedication in all to maintain and remain healthy and be sensible to avoid being perennially sick and putting strain on their pockets as well as their lives.
